Laguna Beach

The city of Laguna requires a $100 permit for all photography on city property which includes beaches and parks. Most of my clients who choose this location have a sentimental reason for doing so (e.g., it’s where he proposed or it’s where they went on their first date, etc.) If there’s no true reason for choosing Laguna, I highly recommend Dana Point instead where the parking, traffic, and crowds are all better and no permits are required.

    I've used Carsten Tice Photography a few different times and have always been very pleased. It can feel like a lot of pressure and kind of awkward having professional pictures taken, but Carsten is great at making you feel at ease. Most recently, she did my son's newborn photos.
